Please be sure that the fountain you order meets your needs and installation criteria/constraints. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our toll free number (877 645 6044) -- if we don't have the answer, we'll try our best to find it for you. Should you decide to return a fountain(s) that has not been installed/used, within 30 days of receipt, you will receive a refund equal to your total purchase price less shipping charges both ways and less the 20% restocking fee the manufacturer charges us. Please call prior to return in order to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Fountain(s) must be returned in original packaging and intact. Returned fountain(s) must be shipped within two weeks of issuance of a return authorization number to be eligible for a refund. A refund will be issued after the return has been received and inspected. |
